Matsui oil filled radiator - recall

Radiator recall

It has been discovered that a component in the Matsui oil filled radiator, model M15ORW09 may pose a potential safety hazard. The component can overheat, and may lead to a fire.

This product was available from October 2009 onwards.

This model radiator is being recalled due to a potential safety issue. If you own one of these radiators. please return it to any Currys store for an exchange or refund. Please take your receipt or other proof of purchase if available; please note that proof of purchase is not essential.

When you return your radiator your name and address will be recorded to ensure we do not trouble you with further communications about this recall.

If you know somebody who owns one of these radiators, please make them aware of this Safety Recall and ask them to return their item to Currys as outlined above.
