A Jack Daniels sauce in the style of a famous chain of American diners.
We're not sure this is the true recipe but it sure comes close.

Ideal with a burger, some chips (ok fries) and onion rings.

You'll Need...

1 tsp  Onion Powder
1 tbsp  Tabasco Sauce
2 tbsp  Red wine vinegar
60ml  Jack Daniels
130g  Brown Sugar
60ml  Water
4  Beef Bouillon Cubes
2 tbsp  Worcester Sauce 

METHOD

Combine all the ingredients in a small pan.
Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool.

Enjoy!
